Olivia Schniers is a dedicated Texas agriculture science teacher with 17 years of experience inspiring the next generation through agricultural education. Passionate about the importance of ag literacy and student leadership, she is committed to helping young people discover their purpose and potential through FFA and other youth agricultural organizations. Her work in the classroom is driven by a deep belief that agriculture education equips students with the skills, confidence, and values needed to succeed far beyond high school.
Outside of teaching, Olivia is an active volunteer with her local 4-H program, where she enjoys continuing to mentor and support youth involved in agriculture. She has been happily married for 17 years and is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters. In her free time, Olivia enjoys quilting, sewing, and gardening—creative outlets that reflect her love for faith, family, and rural life.
