Macy Dudley is a passionate agriculture advocate, FFA member, entrepreneur, podcaster, and leader from Waxahachie, Texas. Through her involvement in FFA, Macy has developed a deep love for agriculture, leadership, public speaking, and serving others. Her experiences in FFA have challenged her to step outside of her comfort zone, find her voice, and use her experiences to challenge others! Macy is the founder of Shear Edge Co., a livestock-focused business inspired by her passion for the show industry, and the host of the Beyond the Blue Jacket Podcast, where she shares stories, advice, and encouragement with FFA members. She is passionate about showing others that the FFA experience is more than wearing the blue jacket - it is about the confidence, relationships, leadership, and the legacy built along the way. Macy's platform, Ag in the Algorithm, combines her love for agriculture, social media, and education. Through her platform, she hopes to make agriculture more accessible to the next generation and help people understand the stories, hard work, and individuals behind the industry.

Outside of her agricultural and leadership endeavors, Macy enjoys creating content, serving her community, and finding new ways to encourage those around her. She loves to paint, read, and spend time with family and friends. Above all, she strives to lead with kindness, faith, and a servant's heart. Macy hopes to use every opportunity she is given to inspire others to step outside of their comfort zones, confidently use their voices, and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
