Proudly introducing your 2026 Teen Miss Weatherford, TX agHERcutlure - Charlsie Northrip!
Charlsie “Charli” Northrip is an incoming freshman at Millsap High School and a proud advocate for agriculture through FFA and 4-H. She currently serves as her chapter’s FFA Sentinel and is involved in the Wildlife Judging Team, Advocacy Team, Livestock Show Team, Food Science and many other chapter activities.
Agriculture is a way of life for Charli. She believes it is the foundation of countless industries and impacts everyone’s daily lives. Through her involvement, she hopes to inspire others (especially young women) to see the important role they have in agriculture.
When she isn’t working with her show animals, Charli enjoys spending time riding horses, hunting, fishing, reading, and being outdoors. Her passion for the equine industry has inspired her future goal of pursuing a career in equine reproduction and attending Texas A&M University.
Charli’s accomplishments include being named FFA Greenhand of the Year, earning the FFA Lamb Proficiency Award, receiving the FFA Top Sales Award, and Millsap FFA student of the year while also placing first in UIL Editorial Writing, Impromptu Speaking and earning numerous other academic honors.
As a Miss AgHERculture contestant, Charli hopes to represent the next generation of women in agriculture and show that this industry has a place for everyone. She is passionate about mentoring others, serving her community, and sharing the message that agriculture truly feeds, fuels, and shapes our world.
