Introducing your 2026 Miss Rio Vista, TX - Addison Penwarden!
Addison Penwarden is a junior at Rio Vista High School and proudly serves as the Vice President of the Rio Vista FFA Chapter and as an officer for the Chisholm Trail District FFA. Agriculture and FFA have been a major part of Addison’s life, giving her opportunities to participate in multiple Leadership Development Events (LDEs) and Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAEs), where she has represented Rio Vista at the district and area levels.
Addison has been showing swine since she was in third grade and has earned multiple Breed Champion and Reserve Breed Champion titles throughout her eight years of showing. Through livestock and FFA, she has developed a passion for agriculture, leadership, hard work, and serving others. Addison is the daughter of Matthew and Cymbre Penwarden and has one sister, Alexis.
As she takes on this title, Addison hopes to proudly represent her city and county while advocating for agriculture, educating others about the importance of agriculture, and reaching out to her community. She hopes to use this opportunity to inspire others, encourage younger students, and show how agriculture can create opportunities and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
