Meet Sophia Young, your newly crowned 2025 Miss Florida from Orlando, Florida, originally hailing from Bozeman, Montana. Sophia plans to return to Montana to attend Montana State University, where she will pursue a degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Communications with a Pre-Veterinary focus.
A dedicated member of FFA for the past 7 years, Sophia is passionate about continuing her involvement at the collegiate level. With her title, she is eager to advocate for agriculture across all age groups, with a special focus on educating elementary-aged children. She plans to attend community events and visit elementary and middle schools to inspire and inform students about the importance of agriculture.
Sophia is also excited to collaborate with fellow State Queens, learning about their unique agricultural backgrounds and the commodities they represent. Through her advocacy and outreach, Sophia hopes to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of agricultural leaders.
