Your 2025 Mrs. Kansas AgHERculture is Elisa Mai from SW Kansas. She has lived on a farm her whole life and developed her passion for agriculture from working with her dad and grandpa on the farm. She is currently passing on her knowledge and passion for agriculture on as a community college assistant professor teaching ag classes. She also volunteers through 4-H and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Her free time is spent baking and helping her husband on the farm.
While holding the title Mrs. Kansas AgHERculture Elisa plans to advocate for her platform “Sustainability in Agriculture through Water.” She believes that water is a crucial ingredient to all of agriculture. Without water or with poor water quality agriculture becomes inefficient and less productive.
