Lillian Nichols is a passionate agricultural advocate from Wisconsin who is dedicated to educating others about the diverse opportunities agriculture has to offer. Raised on a farm, Lillian gained invaluable hands-on experience from an early age, which sparked her lifelong love for the agricultural industry.
During high school, Lillian brought farm animals to school as an educational tool to teach fellow students about animal care and the important roles animals play in agriculture. This experience evolved into broader public outreach, where she began teaching community members of all ages. Her efforts in promoting inclusion within FFA were recognized on a national level, highlighting her commitment to making agriculture accessible and welcoming to everyone.
With her current title, Lillian aims to continue inspiring students by showing them how agriculture connects to their everyday lives and how they can engage with it in ways that align with their personal interests. Outside of her advocacy work, she enjoys spending time with her horses and shares that passion by teaching young children how to ride, groom, and safely interact with them.
Lillian has earned her Wisconsin State FFA Degree and has actively participated in policy discussions, meeting with state representatives to advocate for agricultural education, better funding for school food systems, and healthier lunch options. Her mission is rooted in a deep enthusiasm for agriculture and a desire to help others understand and embrace its impact on their lives and communities.
