Introducing your 2026 Miss Utah agHERculture, Saydee Carter!
Meet Saydee Carter, a 19-year-old, fourth-generation dairy farmer fiercely dedicated to the future of agriculture. The daughter of Brent and Holly Carter, Saydee’s roots run deep in the industry, fueling her passion for leadership and advocacy. She founded both her high school’s FFA and FCCLA chapters and currently serves as the Secretary for Utah State University’s MANRRS chapter (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences).
As a proud ambassador for Dairy West and a former 2025 social media ambassador for The Foundation for Western Professionals, Saydee is on a mission to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers. Her ultimate goal is to work alongside state and national leaders to champion agriculture, while breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in the farming and ranching communities.
To turn this vision into reality, she is currently pursuing a degree to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with plans to open a private practice dedicated to serving the men and women of ag. When she isn’t studying or advocating, you can find her baking, hiking, skiing, boating, or hanging out with her dog and her cows.
