National Ambassador Submission
The following Ambassador titles will be awarded to the state queen who has the submitted the highest points per category:

National Advocacy Ambassador

individual with highest advocacy submitted points.

National Service Ambassador

individual with highest service submitted points.

National Social Impact Ambassador
-
individual with highest social media submitted points.

National Ambassador Rules:
Must be a national contestant and present at the National Pageant to win.
Double Crowning:

These titles can NOT be double crowned with each other (meaning a contestant can not claim Advocacy and Social Impact Ambassador)

You CAN double crown an Ambassador, National and American title.
Point Submission:

Points need to be submitted in the online portal by the last day of each month. If they are not submitted monthly, they will not counted towards the final score.

You SHOULD submit as you go.
Monthly Spotlights:

The state queen with the highest monthly points in Advocacy, Service, and Social Impact will be highlighted in “The Rosette” the monthly newsletter that will be released at the first of each month.

Advocacy Ambassador
Service Ambassador
Social Impact Ambassador
Regardless of cross posting on multiple social media sites, a queen can only receive 5 points from the post.

** Miss agHERcutlure Pageant is NOT responsible for submitting ambassador forms on behalf of any queen. To qualify for a National Ambassador title, each state queen must personally complete and submit her own points. She can look at her submission on her personal excel form that will come from holly@agherculture.com**
A few examples:
1. A queen attends a Parade and does a formal interview with the local TV station.

She would submit an Advocacy Submission under "Official Visibility" for the Parade (25 points) + Social Impact Submission under "Media Representation for the Formal interview with the local TV station (25 points) + Social Impact Submission under the "Written Content" for posting on the queens social media about the parade (5 points) - 3 Submissions

= 25 points towards Advocacy Ambassador and 30 points towards Social Impact Ambassador
2. A queen read a pollinator story to the local Kindergarten class, created and completed an activity regarding pollinators, spent 1 hour creating the activity prior to the event, and spent 3 hours in the Kindergarten Classroom.

She would submit an Advocacy Submission under "Education Event" for the story and activity in the classroom + 4 Service Hours (100 for the event + 80 for volunteer hours = 180 points) + Social Impact Submission under the "Written Content" for posting about the educational event (5 points) - 2 submissions

= 180 points towards Advocacy Ambassador and 5 points towards Social Impact Ambassador
3. A queen organized a pop tab donation drive for her community. She spent 1 hour creating the event and distributing information about the donation drive, 2 hours picking up the pop tabs from the donation site on the due date, 1 hour for donating the pop tabs to Ronald McDonald donation center.

She would submit a Service Submission under "Donations" for creating, picking up and delivering the pop tabs (100 for creating the event + 80 for volunteer hours = 180 points) + Social Impact Submission under the "Written Content" for posting about the pop tab drive (5 points) - 2 submissions

= 180 points towards Service Ambassador and 5 points towards Social Impact Ambassador
4. A queen attends a 4-H meeting where she is the key note speaker where she spent 1 hour preparing her speech, speaking for an hour and then volunteering at the 4-H car wash afterwards for 2 hours.

She would submit a Advocacy Submission under "Formal Speaking" for being the keynote speaker at the 4-H Meeting (50 points + 40 for volunteer hours = 90 points) + Service Submission under the "Volunteer Hours + Labor" for volunteering at the 4-H car wash (40 points) + Social Impact Submission under the "Written Content" for posting about the pop tab drive (5 points) - 3 submissions

= 90 points towards Advocacy Ambassador, 40 points towards Service Ambassador, 5 points towards Social Impact Ambassador
5. A queen submitted an article to be posted in "The Rosette". It was published in "The Rosette" then she posted "The Rosette" to her Facebook Page to show her community.

Social Impact Submission under "Written Content for others" after the article was published in "The Rosette" (25 points) + Social Impact Submission under the "Written Content" for posting the article on the queens social media (5 points) - 2 Submissions
