Welcome Big/Littles!

For the 2026 StatePageant, you can register for the state title and participate in the agHERsisterhood program. We welcome you to join our state queen court and become eligible to compete at the National Pageant.

Currently, there is only a state pageant in Texas and the Sisterhood Program does NOT apply to Texas applicants.

What state title will I receive?

Queen titles are awarded "first come, first serve" through registration. If the age division title is being represented by another queen, then additional titles can be claimed.

 

Each age division can only be represented by three individuals. Once full, then the individual can choose to represent another state or wait until the following year.

This means each state can have as many as 21 state queens!

How It Works:

  • Current queens will invite an agHER to register and become their big or little sister.

  • Big Sisters serve as mentors, offering guidance, encouragement, travel buddies and support throughout the pageant journey.

  • Little Sisters gain confidence, friendships, and insight into pageant life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Big Sisters:
✔ Encourage and support their Little Sister throughout the competition.
✔ Share tips on advocacy, confidence, and public speaking.
✔ Help with preparation, dress-up days, and social media challenges.
✔ Be a positive role model in agriculture advocacy and leadership.

✔ Assist in creating social media presence in which the little sister can grow.

Little Sisters:
✔ Engage with their Big Sister and learn from their experience.
✔ Ask questions about pageant participation, advocacy, and involvement.
✔ Build confidence and friendships with fellow participants.

​

Special Activities & Benefits:

✨ Exclusive Big/Little Challenges – Fun teamwork-based activities to strengthen connections.
✨ Recognition Awards – Honoring outstanding mentor/mentee duos at the National Pageant.
✨ Social Media Spotlights – Featuring strong Big/Little pairs on our pages!

This program will create a lasting sisterhood among participants while strengthening the mission of Miss agHERculture.

Registration Details and Fees

Registration requires the completion of the brief application below, accompanied by the mandatory Non-Refundable Entry Fee of $200 USD.

​

What the Entry Fee ($200) Covers:

This fee is required to secure your placement and directly covers the administrative and material costs associated with your title and participation, specifically including:​

  • The licensing and usage of your awarded Title through the expiration date of November 15, 2026.

ALL Registration Fees ($200) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances. By submitting this fee, the applicant explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable policy.

Mandatory Scholarship Fund Fee

This is a mandatory, separate $100 fee dedicated entirely to the organization's Scholarship Fund. 

This form will be emailed in the Congratulatory Email once the registration is processed. 

​

Key Policies and Incentives:

  • A comprehensive Queen Kit.

  • Fund Allocation: 100% of this $100 fee is immediately and directly allocated to the Scholarship Fund.

  • Registration Requirement: The physical shipment of the Queen Kit will NOT occur until this $100 Scholarship Fund Fee has been successfully submitted and processed.

  • Credit Provision: If the titleholder successfully competes in the next scheduled National Pageant, this $100 fee will be automatically applied as a credit toward their National Entry Fees.

  • Conditions: This credit is non-transferable and holds no cash value. It can only be redeemed against the official National Entry Fees for the pageant cycle immediately following the current title period. No refunds or credits will be issued if the titleholder does not compete at Nationals.

What happens after Registration?

Once registration is complete, national staff will review the registration and send a congratulatory email to the new title holder within 5 days after registration. This email will include what is next.

Queen Kit

Queen kits will ship 4-6 weeks after congratulatory emails have been sent. Queen kits will include:

- State Crown

- State Embroidered Sash

- Sash Pin

- Calendar & Goal Booklet

- Misc. goodies

Participant Agreement

  1. I agree that I meet all requirements of the Miss agHERculture Pageant. As a Young Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 7 and 9 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Junior Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 10 and 12 on or before January 1, 2021. Eligibility and Division Requirements


  • Young Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 7 and 9 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Junior Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 10 and 12 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Teen Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 13 and 16 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 16 and 21 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Ms.: I am not currently married, but could be divorced, widowed, or have a child, and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Mrs.: I am legally married, and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026.

  • Elegant Ms.: I am married, divorced, widowed, or can have a child, and I will be between the ages of 35 and 100 on or before January 1, 2026.

2. Citizenship and Residency

  • I agree that I am a United States citizen and I was born female.

  • I can provide a birth certificate to verify age or gender if requested. I can also provide a marriage certificate if requested.

  • I agree that I reside, work, or attend school in the state I am registering to represent.

  • I am of good health and moral character.

3. Financial Acknowledgement and Fee Policy

  • I understand that all registrations and the Registration Fee of $200 are non-refundable and FINAL under any circumstances.

  • I also understand and agree to pay the mandatory, separate $100 Scholarship Fund Fee and acknowledge that my Queen Kit will NOT be issued until this fee is paid in full.

  • I understand that this $100 fee is immediately allocated to the Scholarship Fund and is non-refundable. I acknowledge that if I compete at the 2026 National Pageant, this $100 will be applied as a credit toward my National Entry Fees, but it is otherwise non-transferable and holds no cash value.

·         National Competition Fees:

  • I understand that in order to compete at the 2026 National Pageant, I must submit a mandatory minimum National Entry Fee of $500 on or prior to September 1, 2026.

  • I further understand that I may choose to submit additional, optional entry fees to compete for other prizes also due on or prior to September 1, 2026.

  • Crucially, all National Entry Fees (the mandatory $500 and any optional fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and FINAL under any circumstances.

  • I understand that if I am selected as an at-large contestant, my entry fee and travel expenses will be solely my responsibility.

4. Scholarship Disbursement and Titleholder Requirements

·         I understand and agree that any and all scholarships awarded are contingent upon the fulfillment of my reign and the following requirements:

o    The scholarship check will be made payable directly to the contestant winner.

o    The check will be formally presented and disbursed at the 2027 National Pageant (the pageant immediately following the year in which the title was won).

o    Mandatory Return: To receive the scholarship funds, the titleholder must return in person to the 2027 National Pageant to crown her successor.

o    Forfeiture: Failure to return and crown the successor will result in the immediate forfeiture of the scholarship award, and no alternate method of disbursement or compensation will be provided.

5. Conduct and Responsibility

  • I understand I will not slander the Miss agHERculture Pageant, its directors, peers, judges, volunteers, or anyone affiliated with the pageant.

  • I am responsible for the conduct of my Supporters, Guests, or Visitors. They will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during all state, national pageants, and affiliated events. Bad sportsmanship is NOT tolerated and will be grounds for immediate disqualification and removal of the Contestant from the pageant without refund.

6. Substance Use Policy

  • I will not consume alcoholic beverages (if over the age of 21) or publicly smoke (including vaping) while in my sash or crown during my titleholder reign. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability and Indemnity

  • The Miss agHERculture organization, its directors, staff, and sponsors are not responsible for personal injury or property damage to anyone during the pageant or the titleholder's reign.

8. Media and Likeness Rights

  • I grant permission for my photograph, likeness, voice recording, and name to be used without charge for publicity and commercial purposes. I understand that I may appear on television, social media, and in print.

9. Intellectual Property and Merchandise

  • The Miss agHERculture LLC name and logo are Trademarked and can NOT be used by the contestant or any third party unless explicitly authorized by Miss agHERculture LLC. NO merchandise (apparel, cards, parade banners, etc.) can be created or printed by unauthorized vendors.

10. Disqualification and Title Forfeiture

  • I understand that misrepresentation of my Miss agHERculture system title (city, state, or national) in any way, shape, or form is considered fraud and is grounds for immediate disqualification and termination of contract without compensation.

In the event of disqualification or failure to comply with these rules and regulations, all prizes, including the crown and sash/banner, will be immediately returned in the condition they were received at the expense of the titleholder. All fees and payments will be forfeited without refund.
