From the apple state, your 2025 Miss Washington agHERculture, Allison Gasseling!
Allison Gasseling grew up on a farm in eastern Washington, where she was surrounded by a diverse array of animals, including cows, reindeer, horses, mules, chickens, bunnies, sheep, and pigs. She is the proud owner of G5 Livestock, where she breeds and sells show pigs.
During her school years, Allison was an active member of the West Valley Honor Society and served as the president of her FFA chapter. Now attending Washington State University (WSU), she is pursuing a degree in animal sciences with a pre-veterinary focus. At WSU, Allison is the president of the WSU BHA (Hunting and Fishing Club) and a College of Agriculture Ambassador, where she educates others about the agricultural opportunities available at her school.
In addition to her academic and extracurricular activities, Allison spends her summers working at her local vet clinic and showing pigs at events in Washington and Oregon. Her passion for animals and agriculture continues to fuel her ambition as she works toward a career in veterinary science.
