I agree that I meet all requirements of the Miss agHERculture Pageant. As a Young Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 7 and 9 on or before January 1, 2026. As a Junior Miss contestant, I have never been married or given birth to a child and I will be between the ages of 10 and 12 on or before January 1, 2021. Eligibility and Division Requirements
Young Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 7 and 9 on or before January 1, 2026.
Junior Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 10 and 12 on or before January 1, 2026.
Teen Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 13 and 16 on or before January 1, 2026.
Miss: I have never been married or given birth to a child, and I will be between the ages of 16 and 21 on or before January 1, 2026.
Ms.: I am not currently married, but could be divorced, widowed, or have a child, and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026.
Mrs.: I am legally married, and I will be between the ages of 22 and 35 on or before January 1, 2026.
Elegant Ms.: I am married, divorced, widowed, or can have a child, and I will be between the ages of 35 and 100 on or before January 1, 2026.
2. Citizenship and Residency
I agree that I am a United States citizen and I was born female.
I can provide a birth certificate to verify age or gender if requested. I can also provide a marriage certificate if requested.
I agree that I reside, work, or attend school in the state I am registering to represent.
I am of good health and moral character.
3. Financial Acknowledgement and Fee Policy
I understand that all registrations and the Registration Fee of 375 are non-refundable and FINAL under any circumstances.
I also understand and agree to pay the mandatory, separate 100 Scholarship Fund Fee and acknowledge that my Queen Kit and Title activation will NOT be issued until this fee is paid in full.
I understand that this $100 fee is immediately allocated to the Scholarship Fund and is non-refundable. I acknowledge that if I compete at the 2026 National Pageant, this $100 will be applied as a credit toward my National Entry Fees, but it is otherwise non-transferable and holds no cash value.
· National Competition Fees:
I understand that in order to compete at the 2026 National Pageant, I must submit a mandatory minimum National Entry Fee of $500 on or prior to September 1, 2026.
I further understand that I may choose to submit additional, optional entry fees to compete for other prizes also due on or prior to September 1, 2026.
Crucially, all National Entry Fees (the mandatory $500 and any optional fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and FINAL under any circumstances.
I understand that if I am selected as an at-large contestant, my entry fee and travel expenses will be solely my responsibility.
4. Scholarship Disbursement and Titleholder Requirements
· I understand and agree that any and all scholarships awarded are contingent upon the fulfillment of my reign and the following requirements:
o The scholarship check will be made payable directly to the contestant winner.
o The check will be formally presented and disbursed at the 2027 National Pageant (the pageant immediately following the year in which the title was won).
o Mandatory Return: To receive the scholarship funds, the titleholder must return in person to the 2027 National Pageant to crown her successor.
o Forfeiture: Failure to return and crown the successor will result in the immediate forfeiture of the scholarship award, and no alternate method of disbursement or compensation will be provided.
5. Conduct and Responsibility
I understand I will not slander the Miss agHERculture Pageant, its directors, peers, judges, volunteers, or anyone affiliated with the pageant.
I am responsible for the conduct of my Supporters, Guests, or Visitors. They will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during all state, national pageants, and affiliated events. Bad sportsmanship is NOT tolerated and will be grounds for immediate disqualification and removal of the Contestant from the pageant without refund.

The Miss agHERculture organization, its directors, staff, and sponsors are not responsible for personal injury or property damage to anyone during the pageant or the titleholder's reign.
8. Media and Likeness Rights
I grant permission for my photograph, likeness, voice recording, and name to be used without charge for publicity and commercial purposes. I understand that I may appear on television, social media, and in print.
9. Intellectual Property and Merchandise
The Miss agHERculture LLC name and logo are Trademarked and can NOT be used by the contestant or any third party unless explicitly authorized by Miss agHERculture LLC. NO merchandise (apparel, cards, parade banners, etc.) can be created or printed by unauthorized vendors.
10. Disqualification and Title Forfeiture
I understand that misrepresentation of my Miss agHERculture system title (city, state, or national) in any way, shape, or form is considered fraud and is grounds for immediate disqualification and termination of contract without compensation.
In the event of disqualification or failure to comply with these rules and regulations, all prizes, including the crown and sash/banner, will be immediately returned in the condition they were received at the expense of the titleholder. All fees and payments will be forfeited without refund.
